What data do we collect and for what purpose?

We process your data only when it is necessary to handle your purchases and inquiries:
Order fulfillment: We process your name, surname, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, and company details with NIP/Tax ID (in the case of invoices). The legal basis is the necessity to perform the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Customer service and contact: When you write an e-mail to us or call us, we process your contact details to respond to your inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest).
Accounting and taxes: We store data from invoices and accounting documents because it is required of us by tax law regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Marketing and Newsletter (optional): If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your e-mail address to inform you about news and promotions. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), if you consider that we process your personal data unlawfully.
